From: Dick NYEKO
Dear Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF),
I served from 1988 to 2008 the last ten years as Commissioner for Fisheries. A blameless track record that saw the fishing and related industry performed. Through a cabinet decision, I served as the Executive Secretary of the Lake Victoria Fisheries Organization (LVFO). It is an Institution of the EAC with all immunities and privileges foreseen. I am surprised that a former Executive now a non diplomat in The Republic of Kenya derogates international law to attack me through your representative Organs and Institutions. Please note that I was an accounting officer and legal representative as by LVFO Convention (2008 - 2013). A previous Executive would have conflict of interest putting me in bad light through your services without me being invited to respond. He also had issues we solved maturely without recourse to his contrary diligence.. Some issues.. Audit queries.. etc. A permanent secretary insinuated.. I have issues with an EAC party.. Please bring it on.. The concerned PS in Kenya will not have a good time.. Nor the parties in Uganda... EAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer... If you go for nonpolitical.. don't change the goal post..
Most important, Qualification is Never Sexually transmitted.. The powerful will be challenged...
