Misplaced land title at lands office.

Nanozi Aida made this Access to Information request to Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development

Waiting for an internal review by Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development of their handling of this request.

From: Nanozi Aida

Dear Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development,
Towards the end of last year, we contacted a surveyor, who took for us a land title to the lands office for a transfer to our names. After a few days, the officer who was given the land title said he had misplaced it. It is six months now and the original owner of the title wants her documents. What should we do? Do we go to police? Please help us because the owner of the title is becoming to harsh to us.

Yours faithfully,

Nanozi Aida
