Rose Kobusinge made this Access to Information request to National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO)
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO) should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.
From: Rose Kobusinge
Dear National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO),
My name is Rose Kobusinge and it is with great honor and interest that I apply for a Graduate trainee position at the National Agricultural Research Organisation (NARO). I have just completed my final year exams for a Bachelors of Environmental science at Makerere University Uganda last month (May), awaiting graduation next year in January. I am computer literate with good interpersonal, listening and communication skills. I possess skills in data collection, analysis and report writing.
I possess excellent organizational skills as I have featured in the organization and coordination of several big workshops, conferences like the first African Conference of Youth (ACOY) on climate change as a Youth Go Green member and i have carried several environmental and climate change outreaches to schools and communities. I possess knowledge and skills in environmental management, biodiversity conservation, wetlands ecology and management, solid waste management, climate change adaptation and mitigation among others
I highly believe that these skills and experiences are significantly relevant and transferable for the benefit of NARO. In addition, I strongly believe NARO will help set a pace in my career and professional growth.
Looking forward to receiving a positive response to discuss the existing opportunities at NARO.
