I am by the name OPOKA DANIEL .I sat for my UCE in 2018 from gulu secondary school but my date of birth is incorrect being 09/09/2002 instead of 26/12/2002 as on my national ID.
I would appreciate if your office can help me in such situation for change in my birth date.
