Dear Centre for Arbitration & Dispute Resolutions,

My names are Kyeyune. Y. Moses.
Am a citizen of Uganda aged 40yrs.

I have a complaint against a financial Institution for coercion to pay an interest rate that is Not in my loan agreement.

I cant proceed with legal proceedings as Am bound by an Arbitration clause in my loan agreement.

Its my humble request that I am assigned an Arbitrator to help me against this financial institution. My collateral has been impounded and I have no where else to run to.
