Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,

I am pleased to write to you requesting for a higher education study scholarship.
I am a twenty one year old Ugandan from Kabarole district born by a vulnerable female Ugandan who is now elderly,single and positively living.
I'm requesting for a higher education study scholarship because my entire family is unable to meet such a high sum of money for tuition fees and yet am academically endowed with knowledge.
I request that my application be put under positive heartfelt consideration as you continue to minister.
For more information regarding the applicant , please humble hearted , I refer you to Honourable Alex Ruhunda the member of Parliament Fortportal City Central constituency.
