I am Neema Nicholas,a ugandan by nationality,living in mayuge district, rugwara quarter village.I appreciate you for your great work, am requesting 4 govt sponsorship for an undergraduate because am not able to pay for the tution due to my low earning and my father's earnings.I will be glad when my request is handled positively.
