Dear Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development,

My name is Kizza Victoria age 23,I have suffered with my goal of education, I got 18 points in my UACE,but I didn't fill jab form so I didn't get government scloarship,my school didn't bring JABs.im the only person admitted to University in the whole clan. I request for any women/female scholarship programs to help me make my dreams come true. My family is very poor. I'm admitted at Makerere university for B.Business Administration
