Dear Justice Law and Order Sector (JLOS),

I was at the Administrator General's office to get letters of administration in 2015 after my dad had passed on. I must say this is one of the most corrupt offices I have been to and I think the officers are there to take advantage of people's vulnerability at a critical time. I was assigned to one officer who 'opened' a file in my father's name. After that nothing was ever done about it. I called her to refund my money until I gave up. My question is the higher officials know the corrupt officers in that office but look aside. Due to the nature of the times when people seek help from that office, it is at a vulnerable time and all you are thinking of is your dead loved one and believe me they do not hesitate to grab that opportunity. I gave me and just decided to let it pass but it hurts.

Yours faithfully,

Esther Nakkazi
