Dear Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development,
Am KAWEESI Patrick a Government sponsered student of kabale University, on behalf of other government sponsered students at kabale University first year first semester requesting kindly to tell us when is our allowances gonna be released because we are seriously struggling here at the campus with financial issues,,so we are requesting to kindly release our allowances to save us from economic crisis,
We shall be grateful if we receive a positive response
