Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,

Am Baluku James am a Ugandan by Nationality ,aged 23years and a s.6 vacanist I live in kasese district and Bundibugyo I don't have hopes of going to university because am staying with my grandmother and she doesn't have money for my tuition fees and I just completed from kyamuhunga secondary school.so kindly your help scholarship please let me hope that my request will be highly considered.
