Dear Ministry of Defence / Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF),
Am called Shibale Michael 26 years old and a University graduate from Bududa District, in 2015 i had wanted to serve my country in the army but previously i was at school.
In 2015, i was rejected in mbale recruitment because my A level was past the required time of joining and i proceeded to Kololo to join as a professional but we were very many and i was left but my kind request is please i want to join the army and serve my country this year
