Dear Human Resources Manager,

I am writing to apply for an internship position at the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) in Kampala. My name is Wacha Jonathan Okao, and I am currently a second-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology at Makerere University.

I am highly interested in interning at URA as it will provide me with valuable real-world experience in the field of information systems and technology, particularly within the context of revenue management and taxation. I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I have acquired during my studies to contribute to the organization's mission and objectives.
Interning at URA would provide me with an ideal platform to further develop my skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. I am particularly interested in exploring how technology can be leveraged to improve operational efficiency, data management, and decision-making processes within the realm of revenue collection and administration.

I am available to intern at URA for a duration of 2 months, starting from 25th June 2023 to 17th August . I am open to working in various departments within URA, as it would allow me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's operations and contribute effectively to its initiatives.
