Complaint about UNEB centre no. U0030

Currently waiting for a response from Ministry of Education and Sports, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,
As a concerned citizen, I have heard rumours that Kitante Hill Secondary School is preventing or attempting to prevent UACE students from doing Uneb on account that they haven't cleared fees for term 3. Yet these students have cleared fees for term 1 and 2, as well as all UNEB fees. This practice is unethical given the turbulence most low income families have gone through as they recover from the covid disorganization. This lack of sanity in the institution is mostly being fostered by Mr. Bato James, the dean upper school, an arrogant man who is erratic in his character. I urgently request the Ministry of education as well as UNEB to investigate this issue immediately and bring which ever party is acting foolish to book. The head teacher of the school also sometimes acts with impunity when confronted with reports of this man's conduct.

Yours faithfully,
Concerned citizen.

Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,
Also, the Chemistry lab attendant at the school is quite erratic to students as well. His name is Mr.Katende.
I kindly request the Ministry to intervene.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,
Even the head teacher of the school, Mrs. Onen needs to be investigated for sometimes acting with impunity on cases of staff misconduct especially Mr. Bato James. Please intervene.

Yours faithfully,
