Dear Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB),
I am Obedayika Hilda Denise, I sat my primary leaving examination in 2015 at Nyarwothu primary school in Nebbi district, my Uganda Certificate of Education in 2019 at St. Thomas Aquinas secondary school in Nebbi district and my Uganda Advanced Certificate Of Education in 2022 at St. Julian high school Gayaza, in Wakiso district but my results slips have the wrong dates of birth which is 06/06/2001 instead of 28/06/2002. So how can I correct my documents? Please help me
