Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,
Am Mugoya Edwin, am 20years old from Iganga. I completed my A level studies..I got 14 points with BCM combination in a village school (bukoyo SS) but a was not given any government sponsorship even at diploma level yet I applied to pUJAB....am economically disadvantaged...I have no plan because I can't afford tuition...please officials look at my problem and help me for God's sake
