Dear Ziraba M,

Step 1
The Applicant must have in his/her possession the Duplicate
Certifi cate of Title, authentic Letters of Administration, a request letter
for registration of their names as the administrators two passport
photographs and receipts showing payment of Registration fees.

Step 2
You present the full set of original documents and will receive and Acknowledgement note printed off the Land Information System as receipt of submission at the Ministry Zonal Office where the land falls.

You will be informed when to return, in any case, not later than after 10 working days to collect Duplicate Certificate of Title.

Documents required: Letter of Request, Duplicate Certificate of Title,
Certified Letters of Administration, Passport Photographs and General
receipts of Payment.

Fees paid:
Registration fees – UGX 10,000/=.

Your information request is consided answered, unless otherwise.
