Am a Ugandan Male, 30 years old. I enrolled for a bachelors of Science in Oil and Gas Management at Institute of Petroleum studies kampala (IPSK). I dropped out due to fees. I kindly request Statehouse of Uganda to sponsor me to complete my education. I wish to support my mum who is living in a poor state of shelter, no eating, no proper clothing and feeding. This degree will elevate my family from poverty to middle level.
