Dear Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB),
We applied for registration of a Patent at your esteemed institution, however we realised that we are past the 12 month period designated by the Law and we seek for a remedy or a way forward. Mind you, counsel already filed the application. Should we expect positive feedback or there is another process we can follow.
Additionally, ARIPO gives an applicant one extra month incase one files an application after the time has elapsed and the validity of the application isn't questioned. Is that the same with ursb?
