I lost my TIN number and forgot the mobile number used while registering.
Dear Uganda Revenue Authority (URA),
Hopefully this request finds well. I am Opolot Joshia CM7501510CJ65E from Kasese. I applied for the tax identification number number a couple of years back which I got but over the recent past, I lost/forgot my TIN as well as losing the phone number I was used to register and as time goes, I ended up forgetting my phone number as well.
I have been asked to provide my TIN to my employer but I've tried all the possible processes to recover this TIN which has failed due to failure to provide the phone number I used while registering for the TIN.
Kindly help me retrieve my details regarding TIN as well as recovering my TIN before I'm penalized for failing to compile.
My current email address is [email address]
Yours faithfully,
Opolot Joshia
