Dear Ministry of Trade Industry and Cooperatives (MTIC),
Much appreciation for the best you're trying to achieve for Ugandans so far.
My query is; how are you handling corrupt individuals who seem not to be directly employed by the Ministry but are always roaming the Ministerial premises, using top Ministerial officials' names to influence peddle on behalf of "Powers" in the Ministry, going on to frustrate investors by procuring massive kick backs from potent investors who try accessing your Ministry with interesting offers to undertake many of your Projects for the good of the Ugandan Government, Economy and Ugandans at large? Where an entity refuses to play along, these same characters seem to connive with networks in the Ministry to frustrate formal efforts undertaken by investors!
Do you realize that the Ugandan Government under the Movement brand, the economy and local wanaichi lose most? What measures are you putting in place to curb this vice?
ROY GODWIN KARUGABA
