Dear Ritah,

Applications are being received and only acceptable in hard copy addressed to the Director Human Resource and Administration with a copy of the University recommendation letter attached.

The deadline depends on which period you are taking up the internship. The earlier the application is submitted the better because we receive many yet the slots are limited. Those which are received first stand higher chances.
