Dear Ministry of Defence / Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF),

my name is bakasaba Douglas, I am a 24 years old graduate and since my childhood i have always wanted to join the army but I got an accident in 2016 and my left hand ring finger was amputated; so my question is can I join the army with an amputated finger?.
