Dear Ministry of Internal Affairs,

My name is Okello Jesus Ojara, a 29 years old Acholi resident of Gulu city but originate from Amuru district.
I am writing to your ministry to inquire how can I join the ISO unit as a patriotic NRM youth from Amuru district.
Or if not ISO then any intelligent unit so that I can work for my government, my party and my country.
I would be grateful if given the opportunity to serve and appointed in any intelligence network or NRM appointed position.
