Dear Marvin,

Kindly report to police, advertise for the lost plate in the newspapers, and after 14 days, apply online for duplicate number plates.

You will be required to submit the application to any URA office near you together with the remaining plate.

The fee is UGX 49,000/= and UGX 137,000/= to the number plate manufacturer.
