I am called ndiwo Mariam, living in Jinja district, my friend is all the time saying he is the prime Minister's lost brother,. At first I thought it's jocks but it's continuously even when he is not in peace modes, and he adds on but he doesn't know how to reach her,. Because now he is old and he has not been to Kampala for a long time. Kindly please find out from the prime Minister. If at all she remembers someone called kabugo matia.
