It is not true that Mailo papers are unavailable! However, I need to know which office/Officer mis-informed you so that the Ministry takes the necessary action.

The land transaction costs are known and do not include anything such as 'payment for Mailo papers...'
I attach two informative documents that will assist provide you with the required information and confirm the fees paid for various land transactions.

Urban Development,

We are kind of frustrated with your officers. A friend came
to process his land title and for over two months they are
told that the papers that you print on for Mailo land plots
are unavailable. We do not trust such an answer so we want
to hear it from the PRO- how much do these papers cost that
they are constantly not available and what is the minimum
time that someone would get there land title processed?
Isn't this a way of indirectly asking your clients to pay
for the papers? If so make it public so that the whole
process is not delayed!

Dear Dennis Obbo,

Thanks Dennis. I wish I could state that officer's name here
but I am afraid because he is handling our land transfer
papers. However, I am amazed that I could even get a reply.
This is a first step to fight corruption and thanks so much.
