Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,
Am facing a challenge of name miss match which was put on my National Identity Card. All academic documents show BAIGA BENJAMIN. Yet my Identity Card show BAIGA BANJAMIN. It wasn't my fault.

Am I need of completing registration to get my certificate. Kindly help to guide me.
