I am by names of Ssebuuma Bashir aged 28 I would request for the change of name on my educational certificates from Ssebuuma Ronald to Ssebuuma Bashir. I sat my PLE at ST Jude Bukomansimbi Primary school ,UCE at Mbulire Secondary school. I am changing my name due to change in religion.
