Dear State House,
I am a final year student at Makerere University offering Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry, and a resident of kiryandongo district. I have accumulated alot of debts due to my way of surviving and i feel like giving up. I need one million (1000,000) shillings to settle my debts, one and half a million (1500,000) to buy a laptop and 800,000 shillings to cator for my accomodation next year , a total of
3,300,000shillings only. Yet what i plan to do for the country is immeasurable, my area of research is energy technology and waste management.
