Ordinary timeline, privacy, and costs for arbitrations in Uganda
Dear Centre for Arbitration & Dispute Resolutions,
I'd like to inquire about the ordinary timeline for an arbitration proceeding in Uganda i.e how long does arbitration usually take from the beginning of the process to the end?
Furthermore, I'd like to inquire about the ordinary costs one would incur after submitting their case for arbitration? i.e. filing costs and the like, how much an arbitrator is usually paid etc ( a cost breakdown will be highly appreciated)
Also, are arbitration proceedings in Uganda private?
Your response will be highly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Ezra Barenzi
