Dear Ministry of Defence / Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF), i would like to know why has the army delayed to pay our pantion in time its now four years since our father passed away and nothing is promissing after we have processed much and invested much eg. in aquiring the letters of admistration.
so i would like to be highlited if you are about to pay in time to come or the government have forgotten us.
