Dear Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs,

RE: PLACEMENT FOR INTERNSHIP AT MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS.

I hereby submit in my application to your office for the above-named subject. I am a Ugandan aged 20 years and a law-abiding citizen. I am a student of Makerere University Kampala Pursuing a Bachelors Degree of Science in Computer Science and in my second academic year of study.
As a mandate by the university, all second-year students must seek for internship places within Organizations/Companies of their preference for an intensive industrial training.
My internship is officially scheduled for three months.
The major purpose of this communication is to humbly request your organization accept me to undertake my internship for the period requested above.
I will abide by the guiding core values, principles, mission and the vision of the organization/company to ensure that I achieve the utmost training aspects.
