Dear Bashir,

 

The Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) includes the approved compensation
values of the project affected persons. These compensation values are
private property protected by Article. 27 of the Constitution of Uganda
which guarantees privacy to property.  Accordingly, this information can
only be disclosed to the project affected persons who have already
accessed it. Third parties can gain access to this information after
obtaining consent from the project affected persons.
