Dear Ministry of Education and Sports,
I kindly request to have my documents in UNEB to be changed ie. the name which was Katende was turned to katenede and my date of birth was supposed to be 22nd March 2004 but these two there was an error made which is not in line with my Identification card that I had registered in 2017 before the passlips were released.
I kindly request my issue to be looked into with care because it is going to affect my future. Thank you
