I'm Otule Jasper Steven, aged 22 years, Ugandan and am in my final year at Uganda Technical College Lira pursing national diploma in information and communication technology. I here by request your office to allow me do my industrial training at civil aviation authority as it is a requirement by the examination body UBTEB.
