I'm a full supporter of this government. I don't want to request for a job now. I am humbly requesting the president of the Republic of Uganda through this office to offer me a full scholarship at any of the government universities in Uganda. With this, I will always live a grateful supporter.
I believe this will materialize me into an asset rather than a state liability.
