I work in the office of the Minister for the Presidency, Office of the President as an Assistant Communications Officer, Managing the call center operations
I graduated with a Masters of Information Technology from Makerere university in 2015, I also posses a Post Graduate Diploma in Gender Equality Studies from the University of Iceland and other IT related qualifications and certifications including a Certificate in Gender & ICT, Cisco Networking (CCNA & CCNP). I have passion for ICTs4D technologies, Women in Technology Empowerment and Education (e-learning Education Systems)
I wish to pursue a PhD program next year 2024 in any of those areas and therefore request for Information on available Full PhD scholarships for Ugandans/Citizens to study from any University in China, USA, Europe, India and or South Africa to support my dream.
