Dear Ministry of Health (MOH),My names are Opwonya William. I have just sat my O level at Kitgum high school with 25 aggregates and starting on PCB in A level. I have always dreamed of serving the country as a medical doctor and surgeon. I am therefore aiming to pursue MBBS at the University yet my parents can barely afford to support me on that.
