Dear Ministry of Internal Affairs,

I submitted my application for a new passport on July 08, 2022 and was informed that I would be able to collect within two weeks after I get a message to collect. Up to now there has not been any communication. My file number is INT/298328/2022. Kindly advise on way forward.
