Dear Ministry of Health (MOH),

This is Ariny Opolot Vincent aged 37years from Serere, am given an opportunity to pursue Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health from recognised University but am an unable to afford the tuition (2.6millions), Accommodation and meals, please Help me by God's Grace to atleast give me that chance of upgrading.
