Dear Office of the Prime Minister (OPM),

Hello, the incumbent prime minister Rt Hon Nabbanjja , Am Lawrence kayiwa, in mubende, I received a partial scholarship to study at Toronto school of management of diploma in digital marketing but I have no sufficient funds to move to Canada and also to pay the remaining tuition please.
I humbly request to grant me a scholarship to move and study in Canada.
I will be grateful when my application is considered a priority
