i hereby humbly request for the above subject, i am a Ugandan by nationality and am been participating in local development in northern Uganda. am been interrupted by insecurity in the region but i never give up in education, now am joining the above university but i have no financial support that can help me to finish my dream. therefore, i request for state house scholarship.am been contributing to the peace in Northern Uganda in 2002-2004 by joining local defense units which was supported by government of Uganda. humble request, please help me and consider the request thanks
