I am Nassanga Nabiira aged 21 years staying in Bwaise Kampala district kawempe division. Currently am studying from Ndejje University, Kampala campus and l had gone in second year but right now my parents are unable to pay for my tuition and there am requesting for help.
I am doing bachalors degree in business and a weekend student.
I will be very grateful when my application is replied to positively.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately, the available scholarships at the Ministry only apply to
students with admission to the Universities in the countries that offer
these scholarships.  These are countries outside the country.  You may
apply for a student loan by visiting the Ministry of Education website at
