Dear Civil Aviation Authority (CAA),
My name is Omagon Aaron Hope. I am 19 years old and currently done with high school studies and would love to go after a pilot course at the Soroti Flying School as it has always been my life long dream to become a pilot. But the tuition fees are high for my parents am kindly requesting for a scholarship or any procedures I should follow to get one. I will be really glad if my request is attended to.
