Am OBURA ROMANO ODUKA, am the grand son to the former minister of health "TEDDY ODONGO ODUKA".
Am offer a place to study a medical degree course at the University of Bradford this September 2020, but am unable to pay for my tution due to financial difficulty. Am please requesting for a sponsorship support from the "His Excellency" towards towards my course at the University of Bradford.

His Excellency, I please request you to continue supporting and standing with us as you have been so friendly and lovely to our grand parents way back in making Uganda a better country as of today.
