Dear Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development,

There is a lot of shoddy work from wakiso lands office where fraudsters deal with land officials to apply for specail certificate of title minus following the protocol even without land registrar asking for physical presence of rightful owner whose names appear on original title . I suggest to have biometric system if possible as well to also compel the applicant to present both title registered person plus Sale at Ago. If one is not in position to do so he quit .

Please take measures to curb fraud with MZO mostly wakiso where fraudsters & scrupulous individuals are using special title application criteria with help of land officals to have special certificates issued to them without of proprietors consent Claiming their bought said land and lost documents .
