Dear Peter Okello,
The Projet you refer to is known 'Transforming Settlements for the Urban Poor in Uganda (TSUPU). It was implemented in the Municipalities of Arua, Jinja, Mbale, Mbarara and Kabale. Lira was not part of the project, although the best practices have been picked for replication in the other Municipalities.

The project also had other components. I attach a list of the sub-projects clearly indicating how much funds were used to for each.

I now consider your information requested answered, unless otherwise.
