My name is Mwebaze Promise, a Civil Engineering student at Makerere University. I am currently writing a research proposal regarding the impacts of the newly implemented Namirembe road/ Luwum Street NMT zone. I am kindly requesting to know if there exists a model used by the KCCA to analyze traffic flow of the Kampala city transport network, as well as how it functions, and how I can be able to access it and use it in my study.
