Dear Parliament of Uganda,
At kitante Hill secondary school, the dean upper school called Mr. Bato James should be investigated for physically and verbally assaulting students especially those from low income backgrounds. The head teacher of the school called Mrs. Onen is aware of this and does nothing. Please intervene to restore sanity to this institution.
